About your trainers:
My name is Abbie (Rice) Harvey. I am happily married to my husband Nick and we have 3 children: Jaxson, Tyson, and Leah.
I received my ACSM Personal Training certification in 2010 and worked at the YMCA for almost 3 years. I opened Diamond Fitness in 2014. I am passionate about fitness and nutrition but also personal wellness and happiness.
My goal in 2020 is to go virtual–to further expand my business to help more people meet their fitness and nutrition goals.
My name is Tina Moore. I am happily married to my husband David, and we have two grown children: Tyler and Ali. We also have two grandchildren: Hunter and Penelope.
I received my ACE Personal Training certification in 2019. I joined Abbie at Diamond Fitness in August of 2019. I am passionate about total fitness that encompasses mind, body, and spirit.
I am excited to continue this journey of helping others of all backgrounds, levels of fitness, age, and restriction. The best part of this journey is clients who become friends–who quickly become family.
