Shine Yoga & Wellness believes in the power of yoga for a well-rounded self care. Our yoga studio is designed to be a private, sacred, welcoming space for all aspiring yogis. Life balance can be difficult and stressful, as we’re all perfectly imperfect people. Reconnect your mind, body, and soul and leave feeling physically and mentally better.
Our yoga studio offers peace and quiet…and privacy. We don’t care to position in Downward-Facing Dog next to a window store front, and we limit our mirrors. It’s about FEELING good, FEELING better, and getting STRONGER.
Beginner-friendly is encouraged! We offer a range of classes from Beginner to Moderate Yoga, Yoga with Parkinson’s Disease, Kid Yoga, Yoga & Wine, Candle Light Yoga Sunday, and Meditation.
